I began my career with what was then Southern Bell in 1979 as a Service Representative in the Consumer Center. I was then promoted to Assistant Manager and was responsible for coaching, training and supporting service representatives in our collection center and later on in our sales and support centers. From 1992 until December 2000 I was also given opportunities to further my skills by accepting assignments in staff support as a quality assurance specialist, training and leadership assistance for field supervisors. In January 2001 I became a recruiting manager for BellSouth which merged with AT&T in 2007. I support Florida and Tennessee as a recruiter for entry-level, non-management positions.
