Lead counsel to banks and other secured lenders in hundreds of commercial and business collection actions ranging from a few thousand dollars to multi-million dollar obligations, including replevins, foreclosures, and money judgment actions, as well as with respect to post-judgment action such as judgment debtor examinations, wage and non-wage garnishments, and cash drawer executions and business bankruptcy proceedings.
