Teresha Aird’s Summary
I have been marketing and promoting websites since 1997, optimising websites, link building and providing online marketing consultancy from conception through to promotion for nearly 1000 clients in South Africa and the UK between 1997 to 2003.
In 2003 I went to work for Fubra as their Network Content Manager and then joined my husband in setting up and running our own company, InfoActive Media Ltd in the UK. In 2007 we set up the Australian branch (unfortunately it's not all laptops on the beach sipping chardonnay - we usually end up working in the office well into the night due to working in both Australian and UK timezones!).
I have in the past been heavily involved with online directories and databases, having joined Dmoz in its infancy, building up the South African section and later the UK Business and Economy and Travel and Tourism sections. I moderated the Directories section on Search Engine Forums ("JimWorld" as it was originally known) for a time and was quite active in providing advice and consultancy on various online promotion forums and lists.

InfoActive Media Ltd was formed in 2003. Formally called Just Click International, InfoActive is an Online Publishing firm specialising in the development of interactive websites and advanced business information services.
Originally established in the UK, Infoactive opened an office in Australia in 2007 and is expanding its reach as a global player in the online content market.
Our latest project is Bizwiki which is currently live as a UK version at http://www.bizwiki.co.uk. The US and other English language international versions to follow soon. We're very excited about the Bizwiki project and invite businesses and users to sign up and try it out! -
