I was responsible for the overall user experience at Become.com. I introduced user-centered design principles including persona development, rapid prototypijng with wireframes and usability testing. I created high-fidelity mockups in html/css/js, including building funtional AJAX prototypes. Notable features that I initiated, designed and developed include: the "suggest as you type" search suggestions, the "My Favorites" feature, shop filters, the interactive shop grid view and the community-based shopping lists.
