T. Todd Elvins has co-founded, led, and sold two technology companies over the past ten years.
In 1998, Todd co-founded the Indicast Corporation, the first voice portal company to launch voice-enabled services for a wireless carrier in the U.S. As Indicast's acting CEO and VP Engineering, Todd was a pioneer in the technical and creative evolution of the voice portal industry. He joined Oracle in 2001 when the Indicast Corporation was acquired by Oracle.
From 1988 to 1998, Todd was a Principle Manager of Software Development at General Atomics' NSF Supercomputer Center at the University of Californa San Diego.
Todd is the author of dozens of peer-reviewed journal papers, and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. Todd holds a PhD in computer engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and is currently VP Engineering, Applications, at Packet_Video.
In mid 2008, Todd founded a non-profit business incubator for CleanTech and renewable energy startups, www.cleanventure.org
