Ted is the co-founder of Best Technology Strategy LLC. Our company allows businesses to become more efficient and profitable through the use of information technology.
We provide objective, vendor-neutral expertise in the specialties of advanced networking, I.T. strategy, data communications, storage systems, the telecommunications business, and the core technologies underlying them.
Ted is an expert in the specialty of unified business communication, and has written two books about VoIP (voice over IP) for O'Reilly Media, the world's most recognized tech publisher.
Ted has been heavily involved in information technology since 1994, and has served a variety of hands-on and technology management roles in manufacturing, advertising, logistics, consulting service, and construction industries.
