As a pan-American Sales Advocate, I support IBM sales teams in South & North America. My focus is helping articulate the business value of social software using IBM Lotus Connections to new and existing IBM customers. - Leading competitive strategy to understand the needs of the market, competitor technology and competitive offerings,
- Presenting and providing demo's to customers both on-site, remotely, and through conferences,
- Enabling and training IBM sales reps and business partners on IBM's strategy with social software,
