Determined original business plan for the company to create a niche healthcare career site was not viable and set company on a startegy of helping hospitals deploy applicant tracking software as a web based service. The business has over 175 hospitals utilizing our enterprise class service. In 2005 adopted salesforce.com as a business platform to manage the entire Jobscience Enterprise and began deploying product on the AppExchange in 2007. Jobscience is on the cutting edge of using the force.com platform and is developing a myriad of human capital products.
