Design and development of the modelling software analysis strategy with the main European / US carmakers in order to federate each IMAGINE subsidiary around one policy. Target was to analyze and convince. After this global audit, aim was to summarize the data through a segmentation of the market. Position shared between Detroit and France.

Engine Components Cost Auditor:
Responsible of the cost reduction policy for the powertrain field, respecting the QCT targets (Quality, Cost and Time). The goal was to reduce all the costs linked to engine components, such as lubrication systems (Oil pumps, oil gauges), cooling systems (water pumps, fans) and cranktrain (crankshaft, conrod). After investigating the situation and the needs (in relation with purchasing, design, process and quality departments), the aim was to propose technical cost reduction plans.

Mechanical Modelling Engineer :
Project manager for the crankshaft durability modelling flow of the DT17 engine (6-cylinders diesel). Following-up the request for quotation with supplier (AVL in Austria). Coordination of workflow between design, process, purchasing and quality departments. Implementation of a new roller-burnishing process methodology (including the Dang-Van criteria) thanks to strong relationship with Ecole Polytechnique mechanical department.
Development of modelling methodologies for FEM calculations and input inside CAD flow (CATIA V4 & V5). Direct application to advanced projects for powertrain components such as injection common rails, gearboxes forks, crankshafts, housings
The aim was to reduce the modelling / design iterations in order to reduce the global cost of the ignition step. Managed of two outsourced engineers in this project.
