    Data Privacy and Security - Gartner refers to this technology as Dynamic Data Obfuscation, and also considers it to be unique in the market. It is expected to appear on the next Gartner "Hot List". Sensitive data can be masked, encyrpted, hidden or disguised in a dynamic production environment. It is the only commercially available non-ETL obfuscation solution. It even enables data privacy from privileged users such as outsourced production DBA's.

    SQL Acceleration - A rules-based policy manager that inspects the SQL that is being submitted to the database server. When a rule is violated, one or more actions can be taken including blocking, re-direct to replication, hint or even re-write the SQL before the database executive recieves it. This solution is even able to improve the execuition of 3rd party applications where customers do not have access to the source code. The performance imrprovements occur without changing the source or the database.

    Application Performance Managerment - Instantaneously indentifying the application choke-point(s) occuring in production across all app tiers and platforms. Then providing immedidate visibility into the problematice app tier direct to the root cause. This technology opens the "black box" of application performance.

    Global Ergonomics Program - Every chair, desk, keyboard, mouse, etc in the past 15 years is "ergonomically designed". Yet people who spend more than 4 hours per day using a workstation are continuing to get hurt leading to work loss and increased workers compensation claims. This web-based survey takes the pressure off of overloaded Corporate Ergonomists and reduces the backlog of ergonomic interventions by 80% in less than 90 days.
