I also Provide guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established policies. The work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules. Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.

    * Ticketing Interface created to access Remedy/BMC backend allows users to search and create tickets online directly from their customer self service portal.
