As an outside consultant I advised the owners of Gunnar's on everything from starting the business up to day-to-day operations including advertising, employee relations, expansion on target market in order to boost revenues. After the company was purchased, monthly revenues trippled with only an 80% increase in expenses under my supervision. 3rd quarter of 2008 revenue goals are to double current revenues (February 2008).
