I have been a long time advocate and volunteer for women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, currently serving as a member of the board of directors for Project PCOS as well as a graphic designer on the website admin team. I also serve on the board for IPump, inc., centered around diabetes support and education especially for parents of children with diabetes. I am the ND State Services Captain for the Patriot Guard Riders as well as the webmaster for the ND PG site and the Help On The Homefront Coordinator.
I previously worked with the online communities at Project PCOS and PCOSliving, PCOSA as Director of Online Communities and then President of the Board. I also worked with Islets of Hope online community.
I studied music in college, mainly vocal music performance.

Project PCOS works to educate the physicians, reproductive endocrinologists, family doctors, obstetricians, gynecologists, nutritionists, medical professionals, and alternative healers about the syndrome through a series of events, partnerships and educational materials. Project PCOS engages PCOS patients in this mission to help educate and inform medical professionals. With the help of our community, we get up-to-date information and research into the hands of those working directly with PCOS patients.
