Tarek Mohamed has earned degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Software Development
Tarek's main task was to create a new, holistic Enterprise Architecture Tool reflecting the knowledge of PROMIS Staff regarding the existing and future market demand.
Based on his experience as Software Developer and Product Manager, Tarek started by creating the high level concept and architecture for the desired tool, which he broke down to the level of function descriptions required for development.
He managed the selection process to find a development team, including the creation and issuing of RFIs and RFPs, a comparison matrix to allow for an informed decision, and the review and valuation of the final proposals.
Tarek completed this task by providing the board with the decision for a development partnership and the accompanying cost- and development-plan.
This has been the core basis for PROMIS' business plan.

Management of Professional Services
Based on his personal experience in this area - Tarek has been managing service, support and training in many employments since 1996 - Tarek also was responsible for PROMIS' service offerings and their execution. Amongst other things, he developed specific EA workshops and trainings based on his experience as Manager / Director Services and Support at Proforma and Metastorm.

Management of IT Infrastructure
As the technical officer at PROMIS, Tarek also provided the necessary IT and communication infrastructure necessary for a company, whose requirements for flexibility and 24/7 access had to meet clear budget limitations.
