Tanya Stevenson

Tanya has the unique ability to bring ideas to life. She champions others' talents and is often described as a teacher, coach or mentor. Leading from her strengths and those of her team, Tanya takes charge, launching initiatives, presenting proposals, and solving problems. She keeps projects moving forward.

Tanya brings to her clients an intense 14 years of experience in various management operational and business development roles. She has supported telecom, utilities, oil & gas, and international trade industries. She is also a published author and speaker on the topic of career and self management, an instructor at the University of Calgary and was an instructor at Mount Royal University in topics related to Project Management.

Tanya's ultimate goal is to work with individuals or organizations that are ready to make a change and seeing their vision become a reality. For example, working with an organization in its need to successfully work with their fundamental resources, their people, in preparing them for, to proceed through, and ensure adoption of a change.

In addition, Tanya is a speaker on personal self management, especially in relation to one's career. She is able to speak to a wide range of audiences such as high school students, near or recent post secondary graduates, and management and / or employee personnel.
