As a certified massage therapist and business owner in Roseville, CA for over seven years, I consider it a great honor and privilege to help my clients find rest and relaxation in the midst of their busy lives.
I have personally experienced injury, stress, and pain, and through these times found that complementary alternative medicine was the best path for me in the journey to health. I understand how it feels to be in pain and often the negative emotional impact it can bring on a person. Because of this, I focus intently on helping each of my clients in the best way possible for their individual needs, integrating bodywork techniques and when necessary, referring out for additional care.
Most often my clients are the catalyst for my advanced studies. I saw the need to bring the mind and system together with the physical aspect of bodywork. For example; a client’s chronic shoulder problem would not completely release through massage when there was an additional need for emotional release. Another client’s organ systems were not working together positively, decreasing the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Most importantly, I believe the true source of healing is through our Savior, Jesus Christ. I truly know He brings all things together for good and trusting in Him is the only way I can be of full potential in my personal and work life.
