David, a native of Barrington, Rhode Island, has been in different facets of Real Estate since 1986 and has personally owned, remodeled, and drawn blueprints of homes including his own investment and Vacation properties throughout his career. Prior to real estate, he spent time in the construction & marine industry and has built luxury & racing yachts including the America's Cup Defenders in the early 90's.
Over the last 10 years, he has been in the Information Technology and Telecommunications Industry. He became very "tech savvy" and as a result directs the use of technology to it's fullest capabilities to assist our team for your selling or buying needs. David has spent the last 10 years formulating a unique business plan to help him refine his systems. He continues to utilize the latest and most basic "techniques" to keep the team highly productive and organized.
