At the heart of it, I'm a teacher, craftsman, and, I hope, transformer.
I teach individuals, partners and groups how to untangle disagreements, get back on track, and build dynamic personal and professional partnerships by harnessing conflict differently. I craft conversations that halt damage and reinvent business and relationships. And I write and speak about the learning and doing of transformative conflict resolution.
My book, Making Mediation Your Day Job, was published in January 2008 and is available from all major online booksellers.
Untangling disputes that have evolved into states of conflict at work and home. Executive and leadership development with a conflict transformation and collaborative problem-solving focus. Hybrid conflict resolution services. Engaging and inspiring keynote speeches and seminars.
