I've consulted with, mediated for and trained individuals, work teams and entire organizations for almost two decades through roles such as OD consultant, retreat leader, college professor, workplace mediator and executive coach who specializes in conflict resolution.

This is where I began mediating, since most problems that land on a VP's desk are pretty big by the time they get there. When other departments started asking for my conflict management help, then the prez tapped me to facilitate campus-wide change meetings, I decided to take a course...the rest is history. Served as interim VP in my last year.
