The way we have designed MarketMeSuite's Social Inbox is without a network bias, giving the power of prioritizing the workflow to the user through Smart Inboxes. The tech team has built a very scalable set up that will allow us to continue to add networks over time. They've solved a lot of issues around calling multiple networks through a unique technical set up that calls an entire team's messages at once, so there's never any network API limits hit by a business. The ease of use of the Social Inbox encourages a lot of activity and gives us a fantastic way to measure what we're calling "interactive analytics" so we can feed information back to the business on how they are using MarketMeSuite and help them measure the ROI.
