Hired by a group of international investors as a Senior Media Consultant to establish a TV channel for Pakistan. Involved in the project from conception to prototype testing of the IPTV channel ILIM TV. Establishing the infrastructure (News Desk, MCR, PCR, Creative, etc.), facilitating purchase of equipment, development of brand and creation of viewers base across the globe is part of my responsibilities. Working at this position, I am managing multiple in-house and outsourced teams.

Basic job responsibility was to write news for hourly bulletins on the News Desk. This included monitoring the feeds from news agencies such as AFP, Reuters, AP and gathering news from reporters across the world. Editing news written by reporters and junior staff was also a part of my responsibility. Generating sequence for the news in terms of importance and placing them in rundowns for each hour was my secondary job.
