Tallahassee Real Estate Holdings is a real estate development and holdings company that was formed to take advantage of a market mistake in the pricing of mobile home parks. When land prices were reaching $100,000 per developed lot for single family homes, mobile home parks were selling based upon the discounted value of the cash flow from mobile homes in the park. This created an opportunity to buy and hold the park for less than the land value, and then clear each park and develop the land for single family residences when the demand was right. Thus far, Tallahassee Real Estate Holdings has purchased six mobile home parks and holds roughly 160 mobile homes as rental units, while having developed two of the parks into residential communities.

This 56 units apartment feature 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units that are much larger than other units in the area, offering superb accomodations within walking distance of downtown entertainment, shopping, and the capital building itself. Manausa Holdings has changed the name of the apartments to 830 East Park Avenue and is currently in the process of converting these units to condominiums for sale.
