Halelly brings over 17 years of professional experience in the fields of performance improvement, workplace learning, and communication with regulatory, corporate, government and academic clients. Halelly has worked with organizations such as FINRA (formerly NASD), APA, US Department of Navy, The Johns Hopkins University, Ruesch International, The Performance Institute, and the University of Maryland, where she researched, developed, delivered and evaluated performance solutions in various people-focused areas.
Halelly is certified in administering the Index of Emotional Intelligence and the PDI Profilor 360 degree feedback instruments as well as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) and Apter Motivation Styles Profile (AMSP). She is a certified Development Dimensions, Inc. (DDI) and Conner Partners’ Change Management methodology (formerly ODR) trainer, and has completed coursework toward a Human Performance Improvement (HPI) certification. She is pursuing an ICF coaching certification through the MentorCoach program.
