Director, Business Development at Security Innovation
Greater Seattle Area
I have over 20 years of successful and relevant sales and leadership experience; with nearly 15 years in hi-tech fields such as software development, software security and eLearning. During my tenure I have successfully led both my own personal sales revenue and that of my teams to meet expectations year after year. I have viewed my career as a profession and have worked to increase my knowledge of my practice, industry of focus and delivery to impact both my clients and the companies I represent.
I shows exemplary performance in achieving organization-wide goals using important leadership and sales skill sets. As an accomplished leader I have taken these skill sets and have learned to impart them, even imprint them, on sales teams that I lead. I have the ability to infuse energy, instill passion, build cultures and attitudes, and make unique skills part of the very social fabric of the teams I lead. I am a leader by action and vision, not just mandate or directive. I am a methodical yet creative decision maker, and intelligent when it comes to investing personal and company resources.
In a few words I'm a serial entrepreneur. I've founded/co-founded four companies thus far and have sat in leadership in many start-ups in need of the entrepreneur spirit, drive and focus.
I'm a skilled negotiator with extensive knowledge and experience with start-up organizations and established organizations that need an infusion of talent and direction. My personal touch with each client and commitment to their success has placed me within a trusted adviser role to all.
