Sylva Leduc is an award winning Executive Coach who has worked with executives, leaders, and high potential employees for more than 15 years.
As a former executive in an international career transition organization and later in the Change Management group in a “Big Five” Consulting firm, she has coached more than two hundred executive clients from around the world.
In 2007, Sylva and Child Care Resources were honored by the Seattle chapter of the International Coach Federation with the PRISM Award. The PRISM Award recognizes organizations, leaders and coaches for demonstrating tangible results through coaching.

~ Founded a software company called Client Compass which was later acquired by John Wiley & Sons, the international publishing house.
~ Co-author of "Women's Work: Choice, Chance or Socialization?" Written with Nancy Johnson Smith, they looked at the difference which studying math and science makes in the career development for women.
~ Two degrees from the University of Calgary: Masters degree in Educational Psychology and a BA in Psychology.
~ Certification in a number of assessments: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC, Platinum Rule, Lominger Voices 360 & LPI.

Client Compass Software was founded in 2002 by Sylva Leduc and her partner, Robert Rican. Client Compass is a custom program used by more than 3,000 professional coaches for the management of their coaching companies. The software quickly became the "gold standard" in the coaching industry. In the summer of 2005, the international publishing house, John Wiley & Sons, acquired Client Compass.
