Sylvain Weber’s Summary

After training as a multimedia artist (University Diploma in Communication Services and Networks) followed by a degree in communications, I gained experience in a succession of small and medium companies. Here I explored interface design, free software and, above all, web standards and interworking in my role as a multitasking webmaster.

I'm an expert technophile who specialises in public websites and their new uses but also in video realisation. This hybrid experience led me straight to Dailymotion, independent leader in sharing on-line video, where I worked for a year as a web developer. Dailymotion Labs initiator, I'm particularly the creator of the experimental project called "Jukebox3D".

Today, I'm working on the creation of a web service, tKaap.com, together with Jacinthe Busson. This is a project in which we share the real-time advance on the blog : from flow chart to development, from project management to strategic choices.

During my free time, I sometimes shares my experience on my blog "Questions Ouvertes" and enjoy building the visual universe of the electronic music group "Absent".
