As a software engineer, I managed the development, deployment, and maintenance of a world-class CRM solution deployed to a global user base of 1200+ active users. As a web analytics consultant I was routinely called upon as a “turnaround specialist”, trusted to recover extremely difficult projects.
As a manager, I succeeded at the daunting task of formulating a web analytics strategy for the business, understanding inputs from both technical and business users, selecting a web analytics vendor and rolling out an elegant solution to over 28 sites, running on three separate platforms, in offices located in California, Utah, New York and Israel.

As a lead member of Novell’s CRM organization I was tasked with architecting and implementing a worldwide Siebel solution for use by the sales, marketing and call center organizations.
In this role I provided key guidance in deploying ETL processes, modeling proof-of-concepts to meet customer demands, facilitating software selection as a member of the corporate architecture board and served as co-release manager responsible for all technical aspects associated with a production release.
*Designed, configured and implemented Siebel Sales, Siebel Marketing and Siebel Call Center to a world-wide user base.
*Designed and implemented an ETL process to fully integrate Siebel’s data stores with Novell’s corporate party master.
