Handled a team of 5 on-site engineers for giving them On-the-Job training for implementation and maintenance of site & equipments.
We as a team were responsible for complete design, layout and build the complete 5 building site. I have handled complete design and layout of the plant and trained my technical persons to get the complete plant running in assured time.
Maintenance of the plant too was handled by us where there was any network issue (machine going off the network, user unreachable or SAP was slow). Appropriate tools were used to handle the problems and get them resolved.
The plant is now handled by a reputed FMS organization after proper and systematic documented handover from my end.
