Intrigued by the real estate brokerage vertical, Simon Warner entered the industry 1994.
Having worked as a top producing agent for many years, a desire to embrace the new world of online brokerage resulted in Simon joining the eRealty.com team as their first agent in the Washington Metro Area of Northern Virginia in July of 2000. From 2000 to 2004 Simon was the top producing agent in the country, by volume, for eRealty.
Following the purchase of eRealty by Prudential Financial in mid-2004, Simon decided to take the years of experience in traditional and online brokerage and form a new local brokerage, know today as Market Advantage Real Estate, LLC. The brokerage has enjoyed excellent growth in a declining market, from 2005 to 2008, and has been profitable since mid-2007.
In December of 2007, Simon accepted the opportunity as Business Development Manager of Real Estate for white label, vertical search giant VAST.com.
