Simon Warner’s Summary
Intrigued by the real estate brokerage vertical, Simon Warner entered the industry 1994.
Having worked a top producing fulfillment strategy for many years, a desire to embrace the new world of online brokerage resulted in Simon joining the eRealty.com team, as their first agent in the Washington Metro Area of Northern Virginia, in July of 2000. Peaking at almost 9% of the national GCI, for eRealty, Simon became the company's top revenue producer before it's purchase in 2004.
Following the purchase of eRealty, by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in mid-2004, Simon took his proven, disciplined, sales process of real estate brokerage fulfillment, and knowledge of technology application in real estate, combining them to form Market Advantage Real Estate, LLC. The brokerage has enjoyed excellent growth in a declining market, from 2005 to 2008, and has been profitable since mid-2007.
Late in 2007, his interest was peaked by a company offering synergistic goals alignment between large portals, real estate brokers, and the evolving technology of "vertical search" - In December of 2007, Simon accepted the position of Business Development Manager of Real Estate for white label, vertical search giant, VAST.com, and is now primarily focused on various aspects of the build-out of the Vast real estate network across the US.
