The firm also provides project management consultancy services for development of Offshore Development Centres and Data Centres for IT and ITES companies on turnkey basis.

Key Accomplishments:

• Spearheaded a team of 12 associates and successfully accomplished the service delivery (delivery management) based on Paypal Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Turnkey Project management of an Offshore Development Centre of 2.5 lakh sq.ft. in Chennai. Total project value including Superstructure, Electrical, HVAC, IBMS is Rs.40 crores.

• Business Turnaround – I spearheaded the team which was instrumental for the turnaround of the business. From cash negative, the business has grown to an annual turnover of 12 crores with 20% nett profit margin.

• Devised and successfully implemented IT solution for Mayajaal Operations – Smart card based Application software, client-server deployment and requisite hardware.

• Business Process Re-engineering - Operations & Planning – quality benchmarking, increased customers’ satisfaction levels by proactive approach and process excellence.
