Dmitry Sviridov’s Summary

36-year-old expert with a solid background in IT service management and good understanding of telecommunication industry trends (12 years experience on Information Technology/Computers/Telco area). There is a significant experience in project management (including PMBOK practice, SCRUM technology, metrics for IT industry, etc.), pre-sales support, business analysis, solution architecture.

I joined Sibirtelecom company, Russia in 1997, as an industry focused Technical Specialist with experience in the area of Telco platforms and software. Then I successfully managed IT department and was responsible for corporate OSS/BSS system (including the corporate DB), service level management for key customers.

I joined CBOSS Association, Russia, in 2004, March, started as a senior engineer in the implementation department (real-time billing solutions department). Now I’m an acting project manager and the head of a project delivery sector.
I worked in implementation projects in Russia, Australia, Nepal, The Netherlands and Indonesia and have an experience of integration with different vendors (Alcatel, Ericsson, Huawei, Siemens, ZTE, etc.), participated in presale and consulting projects, in several successful OSS/BSS, IN, VAS tenders in Russia, Belarus, Germany, Norway, Indonesia.
The recent large-scale project was implementation of CBOSS convergent solution for 5 million subscribers (>60 products such as real-time billing system, CRM system, SMSC, IP platform, m-Commerce applications, etc.) at a start-up CDMA operator in Indonesia and now I am successfully leading the project as a program manager. At the same time I manage a project portfolio (15 different projects) of our most important customer in Russia (a large-scale GSM operator).
I’m also leading some internal projects dealing with different lines in development and solution architecture, innovation technique, brand advertising.
