Description of the Project is:
IT Industry is concerned with a number of issues when they go globally. In this research, an attempt is to study, how an IT industry decides to go international, how to assess potential foreign markets, what are the strategies they adopt, how they implement their strategies, what are the modes of international Business for IT Industry, Time Decision, how IT Industry deals with the competition, and Implementation Process.

1. Online Market Research
Description: Worked on the software name Javelin1.2 developed by Javaway, Santa Clara, CA. This software helps to creating questionnaire, which is connected with database, as a user feeds his/her data online it will directly store into database. My role in this program was to develop a questionnaire and feed the data accordingly and to do the analysis for the same.

2.ICT Manpower Skill and Organization Survey
Description: The Market Research has been done for Computer Society of India, Pune Chapter, by approaching different IT Companies in Pune, Individually

3. Philips India Product Survey
The Psychological Market Research has been done for Philips India Product named Phillishave, to know the consumer behavior. Two types of researches have been done one for 16 – 18 Years and second are for 19 and above years to understand their psychology and shaving habits.
