Susan has sold and managed talent acquisition programs in every province in Canada and has held senior operations positions on both coasts. Her key accomplishments stem from a talent for designing effective staffing solutions based on acquiring deep knowledge of client culture and objectives.
She chose to focus her career on the staffing industry in the mid 90's after more than 15 years' exposure to the business as a staffing client and as a temporary worker in the United States and Canada.
Currently she leads a hand-selected management team in western Canada that strives to delight clients each and every day.
