I am a Commercial Real Estate Professional with the skills and 'know-how' necessary to successfully manage Commercial Real Estate transactions.

I am well known for being able to manage quirky, complicated transactions. (The nice smooth ones are refreshing too!) Currently, I am working on upgrading my license to "Broker" and should have that completed in the next couple of weeks! Also I am a CCIM Candidate (Certified Commercial Investment Manger). For those of you who don't know that is the highest possible designation one can get in Commercial Real Estate and Investment Management. Like a Masters in Commercial Real Estate, It will take me 1-2 years to complete with a series of week long classes and lots of tests both along the way and at the end. I am both a CCSS and CLSS, meaning "Certified Land Sales Specialist" and "Certified Commercial Sales Specialist" by the Commercial Real Estate Institute.

You will find me to be highly communicative, organized, and smart. Armed with an interiors background, I take a special interest in design, construction and staging of properties. Historically, I founded and operated one of the "Fastest Growing Privately Held Woman Owned Businesses" in San Francisco, according to the San Francisco Business Times, for 13 years before starting my career in Real Estate. That business experience allowed me to hone my negotiation, financial and contract skills within a design environment and bring that expertise forward into Real Estate.
