Extensive experience teaching at the graduate and undergraduate level both in on-ground and online environments in both business and information technology colleges.
Previously, I was a senior analyst with extensive experience in achieving cost reduction, revenue growth, and productivity improvement through innovative process engineering/reengineering. Demonstrated leadership and strong analytical capabilities related to both technical and leadership projects. Led strategic projects to design/redesign processes in order to achieve corporate objectives. I serve as a subject matter expert for organizational innovation curriculum development for the University of Phoenix.
