Susan Black’s Experience

  • Senior Advisor

    Bentley Associates

    (Privately Held; Investment Banking industry)

    April 2009Present (4 months)

    Bentley Associates' Travel & Leisure Advisory Practice knows the travel industry whether it's transactions, financing, M&A or the business end; the group is experienced and successful in executing transactions and financing as well as providing best of breed strategic advisory services. The newly combined group, including Mims Wright and Frank Sena, has a recent history of more than 35 travel industry transactions, and 62 travel sector strategic advisory engagements;

    The Bentley investment banking capabilities are comparable to any major Wall Street firm, with one exception – Wall Street’s higher overhead costs restrict them to large, clients and transactions. Because of this key difference, smaller and mid-sized companies can expect superior results from Bentley.

    I am focused on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions as well as strategic advisory services. Bentley Associates is comprised of senior level investment bankers providing a full array of services to middle market and growth companies. Founded in 1990, these senior level investment bankers joined Bentley Associates over the years from major Wall Street firms. The firm's current 25 senior level investment bankers, typically with 15-25 years of experience, have executed a wide variety of transactions.
