Strategic visionary that inspired the creation of a fresh, forward thinking IT consulting firm that extended way beyond the typical boring IT services industry. I saw a need to provide the customer exceptional service by giving them a dedicated support engineer with cell phone access 24/7. This ensured quick support response rates to reduce customer frustration, wait times and dramatically increased customer satisfaction.
Planned, developed and launched an entire product line of Servers, Desktops and Laptops. By creating our own hardware supply chain delivery system we ensured just-in-time delivery so customers received all products within 48 hours of order submission. USA built systems; GSA contract approved. Comprehensive IT outsourcing solutions for multiple business needs, challenges and helped customers maximize their opportunities via technology solutions.
Consistently delivered turnkey solutions - numerous systems, mission critical networks, custom and COTS business applications, database and website installs, upgrades, migrations, and a variety of other implementation requests.
