My experience in management, operations/profit consulting, training and coaching has enabled me to help my employers and clients solve their toughest profitability and production challenges.
Today, I coach managers, business owners and department heads to hire, retain, train and lead the best and most talented people. I also work with professional services providers to help them build business, improve their sales process, and overcome economic and competitive conditions. I am frequently called on to help companies transition newly hired and promoted executives as a part of the on-boarding process. I serve as coach and mentor to management candidates and new managers, helping them become effective quickly. My passion is helping people develop strengths they often don't know they have and take advantage of opportunities they don't know exist.
I build life-long relationships by making a difference in people's lives; one client at a time. I'm commited to spending time exceeding my clients' expectations rather than promoting my services to the general public.
