Suresh Anand’s Summary

Extensive experience in marine field (1961-2003) which culminated in retiring as Head of the Ship Safety Division in Hong Kong Marine Department (http://www.mardep.gov.hk/ ) in Dec 2003. During my time with the Hong Kong Shipping Register (1995-2003), the tonnage on the Register grew from less than 6m grt to about 25m grt, and the Shiipping Register developed world fame in terms of good management and highest quality standards.
Awarded the highest Industry Award "Lifetime Achievement Award" at a gala ceremony at Ramada Pawai on 14 March 2009.

Main aim in life however has always remained Self Realization through yoga, introspection, proper nutrition and assimilation of cumulative Knowledge gained by Teachers in this field such as ancient Vedic Seers, Vivekananda, Permamahansa Yogananda (I am a member of Self Realization Fellowship : http://www.yogananda-srf.org/), Krishnamurti, Aurobindo Ghosh, Raman Mahrishi and Swami Suddhananda, (http://www.self-knowledge.in/home.asp).
