I would like to further my career path and expand my knowledge base in the web and tool development industry. I would prefer to stay in the Dallas area, but I am interested in traveling and telecommuting.
I have a wide range of experience with web application skills that are generally in the novice to intermediate skill levels. I am working towards strengthening these skills.

I am currently the Development Lead on a new web application that will aide management and HR in career succession, critical skills, etc. I am also handling support of multiple unrelated tools. I work with ASP classic and .net (1.1 and 2.0 C#), SQL 2000 and 2005, Reporting Services, DTS packages, SSIS and Oracle. I'm starting training on SharePoint.
