Sumedha Rubasinghe’s Summary
Currently I work as a Tech Lead & play the role of Product Manager of WSO2 Data Services. Armed with past experience in enterprise application development, it is indeed a pleasure to be able to shape up future of web services with WSO2's array of products.
I have been using Open Source Software(OSS) since beginning of my career in 2002. But after joining WSO2 in November 2006, my association with Open Source Software took a dramatic change. The atmosphere at WSO2 allowed me to convert from a mere user of OSS into a contributor to OSS. Thus I consider getting commit level access to Apache Web services project a honorary privilege.
I hold a B.Sc. second class honors degree in Management Information Systems from the University College Dublin(UCD),Ireland and am currently reading for a Masters Degree in Computer Science specializing in Software Architecture from University of Moratuwa.
