I am a highly experienced online manager who has worked at a senior level both as a consultant and in-house across various sectors for over 10 years, assisting a number of organisations with shaping their online strategies, improving their business processes and delivering their programmes and service improvements.
My goal is to keep doing what I love, and that's to work with business stakeholders and web specialists in challenging commercial environments, delivering real business value through the effective and innovative use of the web.
