I am an experienced online manager, having worked in various roles within the web space ranging from programme management to delivery management, service management and relationship management, and with organisations from various sectors.
I have assisted a number of organisations with shaping and implementing their online strategies, improving their business processes and web operations, and delivering their programmes and service improvements.
My goal is to keep doing what I love, and that's to work with business stakeholders and technical specialists in challenging commercial environments, delivering real business value through the effective and innovative use of the web.

I have also worked with a range of web technologies and platforms (such as ATG, WebSphere, Domino and Amazon Enterprise) and with a number of web related tools (such as Gomez and Omniture) and have delivered projects using both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
I have a pragmatic approach to programme delivery and consider myself to be able to work effectively with people at all levels and from different areas of the business (commercial, technical and support).

Jan - October, 2009 - Managed the Site Refresh project, which was a major upgrade to the marksandspencer.com website and included changing the site to 1024 resolution and adding a range of new functions for site visitors
