I am a highly experienced online manager who has worked at a senior level both as a consultant and in-house across various sectors for over 10 years, assisting a number of organisations with shaping their online strategies, improving their business processes and delivering their programmes and service improvements.

My goal is to keep doing what I love, and that's to work with business stakeholders and web specialists in challenging commercial environments, delivering real business value through the effective and innovative use of the web.

I have helped a number of organisations to develop and implement online strategies including for B2B, ecommerce and Intranets and have advised them in areas such as SEO, accessibility and other web standards, usability, social media and online security.
