My name is Sue Cartwright and I specialise in delivering innovative performance solutions to business owners through mentoring and project management consultancy, staff survey facilitation and on-going business research.
My key focus is to promote the well-being and self development of individuals within large organisations and to help business owners and those just starting out in business to achieve their vision.
I have over 20 years experience in the research and development of motivational best practice, people management, business leadership, organisational culture and quality standards.
Having facilitated over 350 surveys that measure the performance and attitudes of people within organisations across a wide range of industries, I help leaders engage themselves and their people to work towards clearly defined, mutually beneficial goals and outcomes.
