I've worked in communications for over 15 years; as head of my own company since 1994. I specialize in marketing strategy development, editorial, graphic design, and web development services. My clients are varied and include several United Nations system agencies and other nonprofits, private-sector companies such as Sprint PCS and Domino’s Pizza, and smaller private businesses.
I also write rather extensively, mostly on professional issues surrounding the creative industries. I write a daily stock photography column for MediaPost.com, the occasional film review for Scene360.com, and articles for several other print and online publications.
My honors advertising degree is from FIT NY, where I've also written a course on professional practices and taught courses on subjects ranging from concept development to technology use.
PRIVATE SECTOR: creative/visual trends for commercial artists; creative business management (i.e., professional practices, ethics, pricing and negotiation strategies for small creative shops and freelancers); stock photography (industry trends and analysis).
