  Adobe Flash Platform Developer working independently as part of a very small inovative R&D team developing IPTV applications for delivering live and on demand content via web and embeded devices.
  
  Prototyping Flash/Actionscript applications as part of the Vision 2 team. Main responsibility since joining - to develop a new customiseable video player (base framework) capable of handling live and vod content in multiple formats including .flv, .mp4, .mpg, .wmv, .ts both internally and with Windows Media overlays via custom Javascript interface.
  
  The application is built on top of the Pure MVC framework including additional Asynchronous Command/Delegate/Proxy utilities using Actionscript 3.0 with all configuration and content settings supplied via external xml (e4x implementation).
  
  Extensive use of Papervision 2.0 for custom view elements.
  
  Service layer capable of handling streaming (Flash Media Server - TCP/AMF), progressive (HTTP) and custom (HTTP/VideoCastVod) protocols.
