BA in Anthropology with secondary degrees in Science and Technology Studies (STS) and Classical Archaeology at the University of Michigan. Pursuing Master's of Information in Human-Computer Interaction also at UM. Extensive academic exposure and knowledge of human behavior in both the fields of Anthropology and HCI. Programming capabilities in PHP and Ruby (on Rails) as well as CSS, HTML and some Javascript.
Spent a summer in Amsterdam with Belkin International as product management intern working closely with graphic design and branding teams to produce conceptual packaging designs as well as performing regular product management (and marketing) duties.
Creator of the Talking Points Project which has been presented at two international conferences and continued beyond its intended lifespan.
Especially interested in exploring the multicultural opportunities of product development and user experience projects. Also interested in accessibility and interaction design.
Would like to work as a project manager of user experience orientated and iterative design or research effort.
