A Project Leader who is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Building Professional and qualified Insurance Broker & Mediator with over 30 years experience of successfully directing large scale intiatives from initiation to final settlement of major (US$1B+) construction and infrastructure contracts and programmes in Asia and around the world on a risk managed approach.
My background of developing and securing multi-national partnerships and facilitating venture agreements has proven beneficial to organizations on a long term or ad-hoc basis.

Managed civil projects of up to US$1.16B, such as elevated and at grade highways, mass transit railway systems, underground tunnelling, container terminals, power stations, etc.
Oversaw operations for a subsidiary building company, led development of US$120M low-cost apartment complexes with 6,000 units in multiple high-rise towers as well as high-rise hotels, commercial and industrial facilities.
Bid and managed several PPP / Build Operate Transfer contracts as Concessionaire and/or Design & Build Contractor.
Composed and administered consultancy agreements for design services and ditto subcontracts, managing in-house quantity surveying services on Hong Kong agreements, including final account settlements and disputes.
