Under his leadership, the company has developed and produced the highly acclaimed “Relax, it’s FedEx” U.S. TV advertising campaign, now in its third year. The campaign has received widespread acclaim and has won numerous industry awards including ADDYs, ANDYs and One Show Pencils. It was one of only three U.S. TV campaigns to receive a Gold Lion at the Cannes International Advertising Festival last year, and in August 2006 was awarded a Prime Time EMMY Award.

Since joining FedEx in 1997, Pacheco has overseen other award-winning efforts. These include being named a Finalist for the 2000 Prime Time EMMY award, being selected one of Ad Age’s top campaigns of the year in 2001, earning a Silver Lion at Cannes in 2002, receiving BtoB magazine’s “Advertising of the Year” award in 2003, Gold Lion at Cannes in 2005 and the Prime Time EMMY in 2006.
