I am an independent coach and trainer in Knowledge Management, with more than 20 years of experience
My passion has always been the improvement of knowledge work, as well through the possibilities of new technologies, as through the improvement human mental processes such as thinking, learning and communication.
Typical goals of Knowledge Management Projects are:
* Answer 80% of the questions in 30 sec, often including a redesign of the intranet.
* Transfer knowledge and experience from seniors to juniors
* Improve the speed, quality and continuity of the knowledge work (with 100%...)
* determine and improve the core knowledge domains of an organisation
As coach, I work with (knowledge) managers, (project)teams that want to master themselves their knowledge management and solutions. It means education, training on the job, co-design, doing difficult things together, be a soundboard for your plans, review the designs...
This is different from consultants who write reports for you, or do the work for you.
Coaching assures a higher sustainability and is cheaper, if... you have the time and will to master.
Clients are in every professional activity:
* business, government, not for profit
* large (federal government, Inbev...) to SME's
I am regularly asked for public and in-house training.
