In 2005-2006, Started an online service for real estate agents, newconsearch.com. It allows agents to search for new and pre-construction, email prospects and track new construction in their market area. The system also provides a targeted and trackable advertising channel for real estate developers. With building inventories, developers are increasingly turning to agents and to new sources for qualified buyer leads.
Developed initial product and business plan, funded operations, successfully raised Angel round financing, hired key employees, re-wrote product in Ruby on Rails, executed expansion.

Provided e-Commerce application and system administration as well as support for offshore software development. Assisted in application migration and support within the Orbitz platform. The application was Lodging.com, a large e-commerce web site executing over 1 million searches and several thousand hotel-bookings per day.
