I have a passion for user-centered design and iterative design processes and over twenty years of design experience.

I enjoy improving the design and usability of software applications, enterprise software and browser-based applications, helping companies create the user centered products that make it easier and more efficient to work. I have experience in interaction design, information architecture, user interface design and visual web site design.

I have been successful both as a senior individual contributor and as a team manager. I have managed several web site projects from start to finish. My design process includes cometative and data analysis, gathering requirements, defining and documenting feature specifications, and then developing and testing designs by creating interaction wire frames and HTML mock-ups.
